American Flag Code Violation

 I would like to extend my sincerest apologies to those who took offense to a recent misuse of the American flag in the "Fast with Class" article in the May issue. There is no excuse for letting an American flag touch the ground or desecrating it any way. I assure you that other than placing it on the ground, the flag was otherwise handled properly. As the photographer and Editor I take full responsibility. Please know that no disrespect was intended, especially to the brave men and women in the armed forces, and that this will never happen again. If you see fit to give us another chance, I give my word that we will not let you down again.
