The iconic Sunoco Camaro is ready to return to competition, competing against the new Mustang and Challenger in the Koni Grand Am series. It's 1970 again!

This 2010 #6 Sunoco Camaro will make its debut at the Koni Challenge race being held this Sunday, October 4, 2009 at Virginia International Raceway. The #6 Sunoco Camaro is a testament to the dominant 1969 #6 Penske Sunoco Camaro driven by Mark Donohue and Ronnie Bucknum. The pair piloted the blue-and-yellow Camaro to a second straight Trans Am championship in 1969. 40 years later, their sons, David Donohue and Jeff Bucknum (both established racers), will co-pilot the 2010 #6 Sunoco Camaro.
