EFI Connection has announced its latest LS1 PCM conversions, this time demonstrated on a TPI motor. This particular conversion includes the 24X reluctor wheel conversion, LS1 PCM, wiring harness, 8 ignition coils, drive-by-wire with EFI's new LT1/TPI electronic throttle body, cruise control, and a PCM-controlled 4L60E, which EFI's Mike Noonan says is a blast to drive. No longer will TPI owners have to struggle with tuning, which as many know involves the imprecise "science" of chip burning and manipulating inadequate software to double its inherent capacity.
