The Volt gets 230 MPG!

230 - Volt

GM has just announced an EPA estimated 230mpg rating for the Volt. But why do you care?

Well, for starters, it could end up saving you a ton of money. Imagine having to get gas once every couple of months? That alone could easily pay for that new camshaft you wanted, or that new set of drag radials you have been looking for.

Of course, the bigger news is that 'average fuel mileage'  issue everyone was so scared of. Remember when Obama told the automakers they need to make 35 MPG average over their entire fleet? Well, with GM making 230 with the Volt, we can only hope a couple of 25mpg Camaros and Vettes can stay in the lineup.

This is GREAT NEWS!
