The legendary Hurst name has been revived for a series of G6 and G8 special edition vehicles dubbed the 2010 Hurst/Pontiac H.O. versions. 52 hand-built Hursts will be made at the Irvine, CA facilities as directed by Hurst Director Emeritus "Doc" Watson. Doc was behind the original Hurst Olds in 1972, and seeks to bring the legendary black/gold and white/gold colors back to a GM product with addition of forged special edition wheels, shifter, supercharged engine, suspension and interior mods.
