GNX #001

During my Detroit travels, I was lucky enough to get up close and personal with a piece of Buick history: the very first production GNX, #001!

This full VIN car never left GM's hands––instead, it was a PR vehicle that saw its fair share of wild test drives.

The paint job was one of the best I've ever seen on a Buick, and the car––from interior, to engine bay, to body––was in top form. To sit in it, start it, and even drive it  (very slowly!) was a true honor.
